What is the PSI National Client Group?
PSI’s National Client Group (NCG) is the backbone of PSI’s One Company, One Call solution for managing our multi-service and multi-project location national clients. Our NCG Team provides the resources, communications, and account management expertise that enable our national clients to meet both their project objectives and business goals. PSI’s experienced group of NCG Account Managers is dedicated to providing our national clients with great quality of service, on time and every time.
How Does the NCG Work?
Established in 1990, PSI’s National Client Group (NCG) is now in its second decade of developing and managing service programs for national accounts. The NCG is an integral part of PSI’s business, accounting for a growing portion of our annual fee volume.
Providing nationwide services in an integrated and coordinated manner for our clients, through a network of 85 offices, is a unique business skill and service capability. PSI understands how to do this right and how to deliver consistent quality of service to our valued national clients.
