Responsibilities include • Asbestos Surveys and Abatement Oversight. • Lead Based Paint Surveys/XRF Operation • IAQ & Mold Surveys • Environmental Sampling • Assist with Asbestos Project Management, Design & Management Planning Activities Requirements: • Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector and /or • Colorado Certified Air Monitoring Specialist • Knowledge of State regulatory requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills PSI has over 125 offices nationwide with 2,500 employees.
